"I had the very good fortune to attend Churchill College in the years before tuition fees were introduced. Coming out of College without debt was very liberating for me and allowed me to make career choices which were not obviously well remunerated, including studying initially for a Master's and subsequently for a PhD. I want to help this generation of students have the same opportunities and this is my attempt to persuade all of you to help them as well."
